Cancellation policy

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another client.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged at 50% of the booked service, and missed appointments without notice are charged in full. Colour and bridal bookings reserved with a deposit can be moved once, free of charge, with notice.
